I have duplicate flac files from many CDs. I am almost 100% sure that one version is just straight encoding while the other one includes album art. However, before I delete one version I want to make sure that the audio portion is indeed the same. According to the FAQ EA can be used to compare WAV files but is there a way to compare two FLAC files?

FLAC fingerprints are a checksum of *only* the audio content.
